I am tempted by such rhetoric to the likes of notoriety, fame, and wealth. How sweet the taste is, or so I’ve been told. Splashed across the media and billboards, advertised by television I am told I’m useless without it. Validation is what society places upon you, or so they want me to believe! Their tricks are nothing more than a pimp and their prostitute luring in the distinguished and noble! Corrupt! I scream in contentious verbs. I am sickened by my own wants of fame and fortune. If I strike thee down then I shall also strike myself down and I am accepting of that. I would humbly eat dirt in darkness than eat steak at sunrise. Putrid world of social rhetoric and demise. I can do much better I plead to myself. Let the pigmies feast on vanity, wants and desires, for I have a past to write and a future to develop.
